Responsibilites:
Handle full spectrum of secretarial & administrative duties assigned.Assist in designing and maintaining the graphic elements for corporate identity, including website, brochure , flyers, banners and any other marketing materials
Coordinate & schedule meetings, travel arrangements & hotel accommodations, minutes taking, drafting letters, preparation of correspondences, reports and business related memos, plans, presentations. Assist in illustrations, icons and conceptualizing of ideas for Advertising and Promotions assignments
To ensure the smooth co-ordination of advertising processes such as development of artwork, color separation and printing.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent
 Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity preferred, fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
Proficient in MAC environment/ platform with knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and other related rich media software
Highly disciplined with a positive working attitude and able to work under tight deadlines
IMust be able to work as a team
Good command in both oral and written English & Chinese.

Handle queries on HR policies and insurance policies
Handle NSmen make-up claim
Generate and maintain monthly HR reports

Requirements:
